The urban event that esterni has opposed for 10 years to the International Furniture Fair in Milan stems from the idea of "another" design – one that focuses on the public's benefit, one that should be particularly appreciated by the visitors and exhibitors of the fair, including designers, architects, furniture experts.
This design should answer to the need of re-planning public spaces to turn the city into a liveable place for everyone.
The projects and events
In Milan public design shapes up in a square, a hostel-house, a new piece of furniture in the streets, in other relations and behaviours. That’s how everybody’s city is created.
