Tecno officially opens the Caselli di Porta Garibaldi

On 16 April, during the Milan Furniture Show, the new Tecno headquarters in Milan is officially inaugurated inside the Caselli, the former tollgates of Porta Garibaldi.

Conceived as ‘lounge’ offices, mixing Tecno icons with the new products thanks to the knowledgeable and balanced touch of Piero Lissoni, art director at the company since 2004, the Caselli will house the company’s commercial and marketing structure.

390 square metres distributed over 3 storeys, constantly poised between the classicism of the architecture and the modernity of the contents, they are destined to become an active pole within the world of design, through a series of initiatives that will make this the Multi-purpose Gateway for the Project.

To coincide with the opening, Tecno is preparing a special Tecno Meeting presentation, devoted to meetings and relationships, in which Tecno meeting tables will be protagonists of a special display by Piero Lissoni.

Devised as a modern agora, the layout spills out into the piazza to highlight that working environments, today the public moment of daily life, go beyond a rigid subdivision into premises and have a preference for the total openness of spaces, creating pleasant workplaces to be experienced in full.

Flexibility, functionality, elegance and ultra-high formal research: the catalogue is structured around unique products, each of which possessing its own personality, but always relating it back to the Tecno name.

In 50 years of history, Tecno has used these few concepts to build its own philosophy.
