Stories of objects and little wonders

Mysterious objects, objects found in the street, objects that reveal real life, objects taken from their toolbox, lucky charms, totally useless yet beautiful objects, stress-relieving objects, objects that smell new, and objects that are old.  5 objects that spark memories, stories, and inspiration,  to travel a journey through creative enterprises. The BASE Milano creative hub invites you to discover the 5 objects of Parasite 2.0, through urban subcultures, design tools and futuristic worlds.

Parasite 2.0 are Stefano Colombo, Eugenio Cosentino, Luca Marullo. The practice was founded in 2010 as an independent research unit, a space of expression parallel to the academic environment. They investigate the status of human habitats, acting within a hybrid of architecture, design and scenography. They have worked and collaborated with ar\ge Kunst (Bozen, 2019); Damien and The Love Guru (Brussels, 2019); MAMbo Museo d’Arte Moderna in Bologna (2018); Terraforma Festival (Milan, 2017 and 2018); domesti.city (New York, 2018); 501(c)3 Foundation (Los Angeles, 2017); Marres (Maastricht, 2017); XX Chilean Architecture Biennale (Valparaiso, 2017); Venice Architecture Biennale (2012, 2014 and 2018) and the Shenzhen Architecture Biennale (2015), among others. Parasite 2.0 was awarded with the Young Architects Program MAXXI in 2016.
