What is FS Passport

Fuorisalone Passport is a web app promoted by Fuorisalone and developed by Studiolabo that allows you to register once and receive a personal QR Code to access a selection of Brera Design Week events.

Active as a beta version for the 2026 edition, the service simplifies event access, reduces repeated registrations and ensures full control over personal data, shared only with explicit consent and in compliance with the GDPR.

iliad, Technical Partner of Fuorisalone Passport

iliad is the official technical partner of Fuorisalone 2026 and is introducing a national first in Italy: the deployment of 5G Standalone (5G SA) at a public event. Unlike traditional 5G, which relies on 4G infrastructure, 5G SA is a fully autonomous technology that ensures reduced latency, greater capacity, and enhanced reliability even in high-traffic environments.

At Fuorisalone, and for the first time at a major public event, iliad is providing its own infrastructure and most advanced technology to manage visitor check-in and event access procedures, demonstrating the real-world potential of 5G SA in a practical use case and a highly complex environment.

5 things to know about Fuorisalone Passport

Not a queue-skipper, but a time-saver.

Fuorisalone Passport does not allow you to skip the line. It provides a single, fast registration, while access to each event remains subject to the rules set by the organizing brand, venue capacity and standard safety procedures.

Available only at participating events

Your Passport grants access only to events that have joined the service. The full list of participating brands and events is always available directly within the Fuorisalone Passport web app. For all other Milano Design Week events, please refer to Fuorisalone.it.

A web service (no app to download)

Fuorisalone Passport is a web app that you access directly through your smartphone browser. It is not available on app stores and does not take up space on your device.

Accessing events with Fuorisalone Passport

To access events participating in Fuorisalone Passport, simply show your QR Code to the staff at the entrance. The system will instantly verify your profile and, if the required consents are active, your access will be registered in just a few seconds, without the need to fill in additional forms.

Each organizing brand can decide whether the sharing of personal data is mandatory or optional for access to the event.

Mandatory consent
Consent is required to enter the event. If you haven’t provided it yet, you can do so directly from your smartphone with a single click at the entrance. Once confirmed, the check-in will be immediate.
Optional consent
You are free to choose. Even if you decide not to provide consent, you will still be able to complete the check-in and enter the event; in this case, your personal data will not be shared with the organizer.

At the end of Design Week, event organizers may send you one single follow-up email, in accordance with the rules described in the Privacy Policy.

How we handle your personal data

Your privacy is a priority.

Fuorisalone Passport is designed in full compliance with the GDPR and is managed by Studiolabo and Fuorisalone.it according to the principles of Privacy by Design.

We do not collect a single, blanket consent valid for all exhibitors. Each authorization is specific, informed and traceable. Within your personal area, you can manage your consents in detail, choosing which brands or events you wish to share your data with.

Please note that each organizer defines whether consent is mandatory or optional in order to access their event. You can update or revoke your choices at any time.
