Fuorisalone Passport is the digital platform that lets you experience Milan Design Week in a simpler, smoother and more intelligent way, reducing repeated registrations and making event access easier.
Fuorisalone Passport is a web app promoted by Fuorisalone and developed by Studiolabo, designed to improve your experience during Design Week and make access to events faster and more transparent.
For the 2026 edition, the service is available in beta version and is exclusively active for events within the Brera Design District that have joined the service.
With Fuorisalone Passport you can register just once and receive a personal QR Code that allows you to access a selection of Brera Design Week events, quickly and easily, without filling out new forms every time.
With Fuorisalone Passport, you always decide if and with whom to share your data. Data sharing only happens with your explicit and traceable consent, in full compliance with the GDPR and according to the principles of Privacy by Design and total user control over personal data.
Once registered, you can:
- browse the list of participating events
- check access requirements
- use your QR Code to check in at events
Some events require data consent for entry, while others make it optional. This information is always clearly displayed before your visit.

How to activate Fuorisalone Passport
01 User profile registration
Access the Fuorisalone Passport web app directly from your browser and fill in your details, knowing that at this stage no data is shared with companies.
During registration:
- you review the service Privacy Policy
- you accept the processing of your data by Studiolabo S.r.l., acting as Data Controller, solely for the management of the service (account, QR Code, event access)
Once registration is complete:
- your account is created
- your personal QR Code is generated
- you can access your private area
02 Private area: companies and events
When the event program is available, you will find in your private area the list of companies and events participating in Fuorisalone Passport.
For each event, you can:
- view the main information
- decide whether to give consent to share your data
- consult a standardized privacy notice, the same for all companies, with dynamic fields identifying the specific organizer
Important note
If an event requires data consent for access and you have not selected it, you will not be able to enter the event. If consent is optional, you will still be able to enter without sharing your data.
FAQ
It’s not a queue-jumper, it’s a time-saver
Fuorisalone Passport does not allow you to skip the line. It provides a single, fast registration, but access to each event remains subject to the rules set by the brands, venue capacity and standard safety procedures.
It is only active for participating events
Your Passport grants access exclusively to events that have joined the service. The full list of participating brands and events is always available within the Fuorisalone Passport web app. For all other Milan Design Week events, please refer to Fuorisalone.it.
It’s a web service (not an app to download)
Fuorisalone Passport is a web app: you access it directly from your smartphone browser. It is not available on app stores and does not take up space on your device.
Accessing events with Fuorisalone Passport
To access participating events, simply show your QR Code to the staff at the entrance. The system instantly verifies your profile and, if the required consents are active, your access is registered in seconds—without filling out additional forms. Each organizing brand can decide whether sharing personal data is mandatory or optional for event access.
Mandatory consent
Required to enter. If you haven’t provided it yet, you can do so directly from your smartphone with one click at the entrance. Once confirmed, check-in is immediate.
Optional consent
You are free to choose. Even without providing consent, you can still complete the check-in and enter the event; in this case, your personal data will not be shared with the organizer.
At the end of Design Week, organizing brands may send you one single follow-up communication, in compliance with the rules set out in the Privacy Policy.
How we manage your personal data
Your privacy is a priority.
Fuorisalone Passport is designed in full compliance with the GDPR and is managed by Studiolabo and Fuorisalone.it according to the principles of Privacy by Design.
We do not collect a single, blanket consent for all exhibitors. Each authorization is specific, informed and traceable.
Within your personal area, you can manage consents individually, choosing which brands or events you want to share your data with.
Remember that each organizer defines whether consent is mandatory or optional to access their event. You can change your choices at any time.
