An extremely personal use of patterns and colors, valuable fabrics and sustainability are Carlotta Canepa’s brand distinctive traits, which in new F/W 23-24 collection is charged of a new energy adding to its philosophy a comfort & active soul.

 

The stylistic research is liquid geography that spaces, from east to west and from north to south, through fabrics that capture the stories of the world, made of local cultures and craftsmanship, to connect them.

 

Carlotta’s passion for fabrics has guided the selection of ikat, damaschi, kilim, mudejar and has turned them into the themes of a valuable but daily capsule. Plenty of color, geometrical patterns and patchwork master on coats and padded jackets, mixing raw wool and shiny yarns, with a simple, elegant, and great character.

 

A collection made of 40 pieces with an indispensable attention to sustainability, which has always been Carlotta’s goal, rendered from her family’s heritage, linked to the world of textile production, in a brand with an innate respect for the environment, expressed through research of regenerated yarns and ecological materials, produced saving energy and water.

 

Coats and jackets, made with recycled wool, with an eco-down padded interior; edged waistcoats in Mongolian eco fur, wide chevron skirts with pockets – iconic element of the brand – and sleeveless overcoats, all made of green fashion materials.

 

The new F/W proposal gives space to a contamination of activewear, because comfort has become essential in a world that moves fast but that has also understood the importance of slow fashion, clothes with a longer life, and more relaxed times to dress and feel good, in full energy.

 

Carlotta Canepa’s athleisure area is made of soft and practical leggings, tracksuits, sweatshirts, hoodies, tops, shorts, t-shirts, tech jackets, and cropped tops made of poly cotton blend recycled g.r.s, from pet bottles.

The new sporty spirit fits transversely in the whole collection with a shared energy which makes the sartorial attitude of the brand more contemporary and active.
