Founded in 1934 in Renate, in industrious Brianza, North of Milan, Valli&Valli boasts a long tradition in the design and production of design handles and is recognized the world over as a Made in Italy reference brand: a leadership conquered thanks to important and continuous investments in product innovation and the quality of in-house processing.
In 2008 Valli&Valli became part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, international leader in the safety and door opening system sector. A large multinational supporting the development strategy of a historic Italian company.
Handle seen as an interior design item to give style and functional nobility to, thanks to design, quality and Made in Italy: this is the philosophy inspiring Valli&Valli.
The two product brands: Valli&Valli and Fusital.
Valli&Valli proposes classical and traditional handles, in a minimal or decorative style, designed by Valli-Workshop and in cooperation with prestigious architecture firms. Most collections are produced in brass alloy.
Since 1976, Fusital has offered handles designed with the cooperation of the most important Italian and international designers and architects, among them Gae Aulenti, Achille Castiglioni, Antonio Citterio, Matteo Thun, Norman Foster, Massimiliano and Doriana Fuksas, Frank O. Gehry, Zaha Hadid, Steve Leung, Yabu Pushelberg, Skidmore, Owings and Merrill SOM and others.
The Fusital catalogue contains handle collections designed by 46 among the most famous world designers.. The models in this line are made of brass and stainless steel and combine the highest technical standards with contemporary design: a handle, for a door or a window, thus becomes a detail that can furnish the home with style and originality.
Valli&Valli was the first to introduce the concept of the handle as a single piece, a small sculpted furnishing item; it was also the first, in the 1970s, to introduce the concept of the “designer handle” signed by an architect and designer, and therefore making culture.
