The 2025 edition of Fuorisalone also marks the kick-off of MiTo Design Connections,
a platform dedicated to hotel booking, with convenient solutions designed to create
an imaginary bridge between the Turin and Milan, and also to provide a location service
for events and thematic tours through the worlds of art and design.
Addressed to exhibitors and visitors of the Design Week, the project has been developed
by Unione Industriali Torino and the Turin Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with
Fuorisalone.it and Salone Del Mobile.Milano, in order to develop services that can extend
the accommodation offer and the cooperation between the two cities.
With just 35 minutes by train from Milan, Turin turns into a strategic destination for getting
to Design Week events, establishing its role as an exclusive accommodation opportunity during the Fuorisalone.
MiTo Design Connections responds with practical solutions to the critiques directed at the
accomodation capacity of Milan Design Week and promotes a replicable model for other shows
and events in years to come.
