ROOMS - Patricia Urquiola
'ROOMS' - the first collection designed by Patricia Urquiola for Jannelli&Volpi - will be featured in Moroso's Via Pontaccio showroom with an installation signed by the designer, thanks to the synergy she created. Patricia Urquiola's collection for Jannelli&Volpi is an investigation in the world of wallcoverings into the surreal everyday. Scenes and tools of everyday living become wall decorations. Reflecting on the evolution of living and the relationship that binds us to our homes, the collection that includes four color variants is developed in a series of 7 rooms to which are added two small and medium decorations, for a total of 9 themes. Each room is designed to be in dialogue with the others. In addition to the commonly used living subjects window, table with still life, curtain, bookcase the collection includes the decoration of a greenhouse-garden populated with plants. Looking up to the ceiling, the pattern becomes a window to the sky, which has a different light each time depending on the room.
