At FuoriSalone di Milano, Nardi is presenting its idea of outdoor life with the lightness, colours and scents of a Mediterranean terrace.

The ambience of Italian holidays enlivened by light and unparalleled atmospheres typical of Made in Italy, where the centrepiece is the Net Lounge relaxing armchair with its characteristic wave-like profile (design: Raffaello Galiotto). Made of entirely recyclable fiberglass polypropylene, it has a deep and generous seat. Its sinuous line gently echoes well-being and lightness of the body and mind. Such needs are more relevant than ever in the hectic pace of everyday life, which often requires a break, detaching ourselves from reality to momentarily indulge in sheer relaxation.

Enveloping and ergonomic, it was designed to furnish wellness areas in hotels and relais. It’s also perfect in private gardens to recreate the same light and dreamy atmosphere of an elegant patio typical of a hospitality area.

In the dedicated space in Via Tortona, Net Lounge furnishes an area intended to connect indoor and outdoor areas. It’s an evocative Italian setting featuring natural and lush scenery, where there is no lack of technology. Videos and special effects will give visitors the feeling of floating in the air!

Two Talks are scheduled in the Nardi space during Milano Design Week: on 19/04 the architect and well-known television personality Diego Thomas will be the protagonist. On 21/04, instead, the relationship between contemporary gardens and well-being will be discussed by the landscape architect Antonio Perazzi (one of his most recent works is the splendid Manifattura Tabacchi in Florence) and by the doctor and lecturer in phytotherapy Stefania Piloni, author of the book Le piante ci parlano. Entrare in sintonia con il linguaggio segreto della natura per ritrovare se stessi (Plants Speak to Us. Get in tune with the secret language of nature to rediscover yourself). Both evenings are conducted by the journalist, writer and author Antonella Galli.
