Taste the future: introducing Liffo
On 12 April, Fuorisalone 2025 will see the world premiere of Liffo, the first kitchen robot with artificial intelligence that is 100% Made in Italy with an innovative design.
Liffo is the brainchild of Massimiliano Delsante, an Italian entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the field of digital transformation and innovation, who more than 10 years ago had the idea of working on a futuristic project that would apply artificial intelligence to the world of Italian haute cuisine.
This revolutionary Personal Chef is able to cook in complete autonomy, without supervision, guaranteeing perfect dishes every time: its recipes are certified by the Gualtiero Marchesi Academy, a symbol of great Italian culinary excellence.
During the event, the robot will cook live, offering participants the opportunity to taste dishes prepared in real time.
