Brands JIFANG WOOD @ SQUARE 2026

JIFANG is a Chinese brand dedicated to wood culture, founded in Fujian and now engaged in an international expansion journey. Building on deep expertise in natural wood species, the company has transformed its material knowledge into a contemporary design language, developing solid wood furniture that combines formal research, construction quality and cultural vision. Guided by the philosophy “Wood at Home”, JIFANG collaborates with designers from diverse backgrounds to explore new expressive possibilities of wood, understood not only as a material but as a presence capable of shaping space anmodes of living. Among its recent recognitions, the Fu chair designed by Sean Yo-Yo received the iF DESIGN AWARD 2026, one of the world’s most prestigious design honours.

SQUARE is an international exhibition platform dedicated to promoting new synergies between design, production and design culture. Through exhibitions, installations and open calls, SQUARE brings together established and emerging designers, brands and manufacturers within a collaborative ecosystem exploring the role of design as a tool for connection between industry, research and society. Each edition develops around a curatorial theme that invites reflection on new forms of contemporary living, transforming the exhibition space into an open laboratory for experimentation and cultural dialogue.
