A chat between Artsana- Chicco, represented by the Creative Industries Lab of Politecnico di Milano to tell the story of the co-project, started in 2017, which was the basis of Chicco's new innovative store in Milan, inaugurated autumn 2019. A brave path chosen by the company to confront itself with young professionals accompanied by seniors.  It all started with an extensive observation and analysis in order to find out the real trends and formulate a vision beforehand and a feasible project. The secrets of success, demonstrated by the first months of opening: a good brief, a healthy collaboration, listening, observation, frankness, transparency. In two words, "professionalism and passion" among the protagonists, which  freed creativity and planning as a collective result.
