MONTENAPOLEONE DESIGN EXPERIENCE: NOTES OF DESIGN
Riva Mobili D'Arte's project for the Milan Design Week 2024 comes from the desire to create an experience that merges the excellence of luxury classic furniture with the magnificence of classical music.
A unique event that not only celebrates artistic beauty through design, but also offers a refined musical experience in a historic and prestigious setting: via Montenapoleone in Milan.
From Sunday 14 April until Sunday 21 April, piano students from the Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi in Milan, including some young talents from the school, will perform a varied musical repertoire, also for four hands, using a historical piano from the end of the 19th century, overhauled in the mechanics to make the sound perfect and completely refined in the aesthetic part with the unmistakable style of Riva Mobili D'Arte.
Every day the exhibition project will come to life thanks to a double performance by the students of the Milan Conservatory, protagonists at 2 pm and at 6 pm of a different concert. The only exception to the schedule will be 14 April, the opening day, on which which there will be a single concert at 6 pm.
