During this year’s Fuorisalone, the Milan showroom of Tai Ping, a firm with strong patrimonial roots in Hong Kong, will host an exhibition highlighting one of the most remarkable rugs in the company’s nearly 70-year history: Hong Kong Walk On.
Developed in tandem with Hong Kong artist anothermountainman (Stanley Wong), the hand-tufted rug measures 3 x 6m and features an extremely complex design, shedding light on the heritage and craftsmanship pillars of the brand.
