Kikkoman Gallery – the art of flavour
It was 1961 when Japanese designer Kenji Ekuan designed the iconic Kikkoman® soy sauce dispenser, now considered a masterpiece of modern industrial design.
Kenji has always pursued the dream of democratizing design: beautiful and functional objects that put people at the center.
This is also the philosophy behind KIKKOMAN GALLERY – THE ART OF FLAVOUR, an immersive event created by Kikkoman® for Design Week. At Opificio 31, visitors will have the chance to participate in a creative workshop where they can give their own interpretation of the bottle, decorating it as they please. All this while surrounded by an exhibition dedicated to the iconic dispenser.
