Opera was founded in 2009 in Ogliastra, Sardinia, and draws on the principles of green building with wooden houses and artisan design. It designs, builds, and renovates buildings and homes that foster high quality standards in complete harmony with the natural context in which they reside. With Opera's sustainable building techniques, water, sun and wind become a source of clean energy that heats and protects the building.

Bluehouse is a hallmark of authenticity and passion for life of which the house becomes an expression. It is inspired by the lifestyle marked by physical and spiritual well-being that distinguishes Ogliastra, one of the areas of Sardinia, identified among the five Blue Zones of the world, for the extraordinary longevity of its inhabitants.

The Opera team is composed of a set of highly specialized figures who, thanks to thirty years of experience in the construction industry, guarantee a workmanlike execution of the project.

Excellent organizational and site management skills as well as manual skills equal to those of a craftsman make the Opera team capable of executing to perfection all the work required to build a Bluehouse. From the understanding of the executive drawings to the realization of the slab for the foundations, to the assembly of the Xlam structure and its insulation, using natural insulators such as wood fiber, to the absolute precision in the assembly of the fixtures.
