Doucal's was born in Montegranaro from an artisan shoemaking workshop founded by Mario Giannini. In 1973 it became a company, which over the following decades, thanks to Gianni and Jerry Giannini, increased its "turn over" to its current size; it retained the manufacturing technique, with the exclusive appeal of Made in Italy, and embraced a contemporary and innovative approach by incorporating the most advanced technologies into its production processes. 

Thanks to this corporate evolution, Doucal's, combining tradition and modernity, delivers perfect shapes by improving fit, style and materials.

In addition to its own boutiques in Via Gesù 15 in Milan, Rue du Marché Saint Honoré 6 in Paris and Mall of Qatar in Doha, Doucal's is distributed in the best department stores globally such as Rinascente, Globus, KaDeWe, Harrod's, Saks, Beyen in Turkey and Dubai Mall. In the Far East by Lux Emporium in China and Barney's Japan.
