Brands BiM

BiM is a major urban regeneration project involving an entire city block in the heart of Bicocca, Milan. The project is promoted by Aermont Capital, a pan-European asset management company focused on real estate, and Kervis SGR, a company dedicated to managing funds reserved for leading international institutional investors, together with Manifattura placemakers acting as project manager.

The project, designed by Piuarch and Antonio Perazzi, is aimed at the redevelopment — following a ‘retrofitting’ approach — of the buildings located at viale Piero e Alberto Pirelli 10 and viale dell’Innovazione 3. The intervention covers an area of over 50,000 square metres, including 43,300 square metres of office space, 3,400 square metres of retail space, an 800 square metre multifunctional Pavilion, and 6,000 square metres of green areas and gardens.

BiM positions itself as a model of genuinely sustainable urban regeneration, transforming the spaces to Class A standards and meeting the highest ESG and sustainability requirements. The new spaces in the Pirelli 10 building are already open to the public, while works on the Innovazione 3 building are scheduled for completion in January 2027.
