Brands Ginger Additive

Ginger Additive is a Milan-based startup focused on large-format pellet 3D printing, positioning itself - through its many applications - as a concrete solution within the manufacturing industry.

It has collaborated with Polymaker and architectural designer Sina Lüder on the development of the Additive Nodes project. Positioned at the intersection of architecture and additive manufacturing, the project explores new applications of high-performance polymers in the construction sector, particularly within the Ginger Pavilion - a modular prototype that combines traditional timber construction with 3D printing. The project is grounded in a rigorous zero-waste and circular philosophy: the 3D-printed joints, made entirely from PolyCore™ PETG-1013, are fully recyclable and can be reprocessed into pellets for the production of new elements. This closed-loop system ensures 100% recyclability, transforming the structural joint into a sustainable and expressive architectural component.
