Marcantonio, born in 1976, is an Italian artist and designer known for his innovative and sculptural approach to design. He studied at the Institute of Art and the Academy of Fine Arts and began his career as a set designer and sculptor, working directly with collectors to create unique pieces and designing interiors for shops and venues.

Since 2001, he has dedicated himself to art and design with a distinctive language that combines aesthetics and storytelling, offering an unexpected and emotional impact. Marcantonio explores the relationship between nature and artificiality, often with a surreal and ironic touch. He is renowned for transforming everyday objects into design sculptures.

Throughout his career, he has collaborated with prestigious brands such as Armani, Seletti, Qeeboo, Natuzzi, and Mogg, bringing his unique style to iconic collections. His work is appreciated for its ability to reinterpret reality in innovative forms that are both functional and captivating.

Among his most famous creations are his Animal Lamps, a series of lamps depicting animals interacting with light.
