Designers Tobia Marcotti

Tobia Marcotti is an architect and Technical Director of ITIstudio, an architecture and engineering firm founded in Milan in 1984. He combines technical, artistic and managerial expertise in constant evolution.

Over more than twenty years of practice, he has developed wide-ranging experience in integrated design — from healthcare to social housing, from landscape design to retail, from corporate headquarters to urban regeneration — leading a multidisciplinary team with an approach that brings together formal research, technological innovation and a deep attention to people and places.

His design vision begins with observation: every project is born from empathy with those who will inhabit the space, from attunement to its context and from constructive experimentation. Nature is a source of inspiration not only in form, but in structure and function.

His participation in Fuorisalone 2026 is an open dialogue with the international architecture scene on the meaning of designing with care — the idea at the heart of ITIstudio's research.
