Designers Specific

Founded in 2023 in BiM, Specific develops its artistic practice inside the complex, curating its cultural activities and engaging the tenants, the community, and the institutions that animate it. Founded by the artists Patrick Tuttofuoco and Andrea Sala, the director, author and “Iena” Nic Bello, and the food designer Alessandra Pallotta—later joined by the artist Gabriele Bianchi and the artist and photographer Martina Ferrari as collaborators—it has produced to date more than 15 projects, building a dynamic creative and artistic community and contributing to the debate on the Milanese contemporary art scene.

In January 2026, Specific inaugurated its new creative ateliers on the ground floor of Viale Pirelli: spaces for work, encounter, and experimentation, complementing the exhibition space overlooking the BiM Garden, where exhibitions are hosted.
