Hi, I'm Lavinia, a girl from Rome who recently moved to Milan where I study Communication Design at PoliMi. Coming from an environment so rich in art and culture I never would have thought I could feel so immediately blown away by a city that just a couple of months ago felt so distant and flat. And instead here I am, writing this short presentation in my room in Milan, thinking of all the beautiful things I'm experiencing and discovering about myself this year: I love art, I love finding it in the details, objects and places that surround me, I love photography as it gives me the opportunity to observe the world with more accuracy, I love people and bonding with them, I love traveling and learning about different cultures by discovering, tasting new foods and walking down streets. And finally I love Milan which with its extraordinary flow of connections between people and worlds gives me the opportunity to get to know myself and what I love, day by day.
