My name is Francesca Ercolini and I am an Industrial Product Designer, graduated from Politecnico di Milano and specialized through a Master’s in Design for Sustainability and Regeneration. For me, design is first and foremost a tool to observe reality, keep asking questions and notice what often goes unseen. I have always been drawn to the beauty that surrounds us, to details, atmospheres, and the stories that spaces are able to tell. Every year, I experience Fuorisalone with enthusiasm, immersing myself in the contexts I love and letting myself be inspired by new visions and reflections, also through photography, which has always accompanied the way I look at the world. It is precisely in this attention to observation and storytelling that I recognize the deepest value of design: not only to show shapes and objects, but also to convey the values and transformations they carry with them.
