There could be a home without a kitchen? Of course. We can order food directly to our homes through delivery. But for many of us food is far more than just eating. Food represents the embodiment of an entire culture, it means conviviality, knowledge, craftsmanship, organization and challenge. Food is a passion and it must have a space ad hoc as long as specific tools in order to be cultivated. The kitchen of the future will therefore always find room in the houses of enthusiasts. Precisely, because it mirrors a passion, it will tend to look more and more like a professional kitchen, a true combination of design and functionality; but it will also remain a place where passion is shared. Food will once again become an avenue, a way for connections and relationships, both among family members and with the stars of the kitchen, connected by the same passion and the same craving for experimentation.
