Designers Ahmed Mansour

Eng. Ahmed Mansour is the CEO of cred, the sister company to ABC, which has developed a total of 400 projects in Egypt and the Gulf area over the past 4 decades. Eng. Mansour graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, with a focus on Construction & Building Engineering, from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport in 2010. After his graduation, Mansour participated in developing and constructing many upscale, high-value real estate projects in New Cairo and Jeddah, in Saudi Arabia, which had a great impact on improving his leading personality and gaining much expertise and deep knowledge of the real estate sector. 

Eng. Mansour was also able to have an influence on cred’s total annual investment and growing its business. Under his successful leadership, the company achieved a great leap to be one of the best real estate companies in Egypt for 5 years. As CEO of cred, he is determined to not only implement innovative systems to achieve the company’s objectives, but to have a profound impact on the market by introducing a prominent real estate product that matches the market changes and meets all the customers’ needs of high quality, distinct designs and services as well as full commitment with the implementation timelines through high-value, state-of-the-art developments; which has been the driving force behind the company’s presence in the Egyptian market as one of the best developers in the  New Administrative Capital, the most prominent city, which Mansour found his true purpose on it as the ideal location to lunch their flagship projects, Castle Landmark (smart residential compound), the comprehensive Mixed-use facility of East Side, and another commercial project, then their projects expanded to include “ever” project in the West Cairo region. 

Eng. Ahmed Mansour was able to leave a significant impact in the real estate sector, to be one of the most notable influenced names in this important field as one of the youngest real estate developers who established powerful entities.
