Designers TOYOTA BOSHOKU MILAN DESIGN STUDIO

We are an Advanced Design team based in Milan.

With our 2025 Design Week project called “S-CORE,” we drew inspiration from traditional Japanese zabuton cushions to create the SUPER ZABUTON, a cushion that shares the same silhouette but offers distinct characteristics depending on its materials and construction. In collaboration with four European innovators: Supermateria, SPINKS, EcoLattice, and Mariantonia Urru, we presented an exhibition exploring the art and science of seating comfort.

This marks the first year of a three-year project: in the second year, the focus will shift to furniture-like pieces, and in the third year, we aim to showcase concepts for future car seats.
