toolbox: from Kyoto to Milan for Fuorisalone

The Japanese product design studio toolbox's latest products release. The designers produce their own wood-crafted collection of home furnishings and interior accessories at their Kyoto atelier. The exhibition is being held at THE STORE, an apparel shop located on Solferino street. toolbox's pieces are featured and will also function as the clothing display table designed for THE STORE. The furniture consists of a modular design with clear and simple joinery achieved through the maker's sense and artistic vision.

toolbox is a creative unit that implements an extremely high level of technique and knowledge of woodwork. They work independently through all processes including: design, manufacturing, and production. Combining high precision woodworking craftsmanship and industrial-productive ideas, they produce their original pieces.
