CASA ULTRAPIEGA
In the garden of Triennale Milano, Anonima Castelli presents Casa Ultrapiega, an installation designed by Spalvieri & Del Ciotto that interprets the new ULTRAPIEGA product in spatial terms. The structure, recalling the archetypal outline of a house, supports the seating elements through a system of tension cables, creating a dynamic balance in which the chairs appear suspended in space. The metal frame reveals the constructive logic of the installation and echoes the principle of strength and control that characterizes aluminum processing. Between installation and process narrative, the project creates a dialogue between the industrial and the domestic dimension, bringing into the exhibition space the technical and formal research that has long defined the design identity of Anonima Castelli.

The Eames Houses
Designed by Eames Office, The Eames Houses is an architectural installation that revisits the design legacy of Charles Eames and Ray Eames, bringing back to the center of the debate themes such as prefabrication, modularity and a human-scale approach to living. The result of multi-year research, the project offers an overview of the Eames’ residential architecture, a fundamental part of their interdisciplinary approach to design. The exhibition path develops from projects of the 1940s and 1950s—including the renowned Eames House—and brings together archival materials, films, photographs and scale models of eight houses, some presented to the public for the first time. At the center of the installation, a full-scale reconstruction of an Eames structure invites visitors to physically enter the space and experience the clarity of construction and the essential use of materials that define their architectural vision.

Fredericia: a chronicle of Danish design
With A chronicle of Danish design, Fredericia retraces the evolution of Danish furniture design through its own history, recounting more than a century of research between craftsmanship, design culture and production continuity. A family-run company, Fredericia has built its identity through collaborations with key figures of twentieth-century design such as Børge Mogensen, Nanna Ditzel and Hans J. Wegner, up to contemporary interpretations by designers including Jasper Morrison, Edward Barber, Jay Osgerby and Cecilie Manz. Through vintage furniture, archival materials and new productions, the exhibition presents Danish design as a living cultural practice, capable of evolving over time while maintaining a strong connection to its cultural context and a design vision that continues to influence the international scene.

Continuum / From Archive to Living Art / Quayola × Gebrüder Thonet Vienna
Continuum is a cultural project that enhances the historical archive of the brand Gebrüder Thonet Vienna as an active tool for research and design. The exhibition design, curated by Spalvieri & Del Ciotto, constructs the space by connecting the reinterpretation of historical pieces with a hybrid artistic production developed together with the international artist Quayola, who explores the founding codes of the GTV identity between analog and digital. Born from a pioneering act of technological innovation, GTV’s production represents a heritage within the culture of living. In Continuum, the archive becomes living material: human gesture and technical process renew its meaning, while history is reactivated through the language of contemporary art. Quayola’s work Transient – Impermanent Paintings creates a generative audiovisual environment in which sound and image dialogue between past and present.

HYLEtech lab Light in Matter – variations on the theme of architecture
HYLEtech lab is a laboratory-space dedicated to exploring experimental solutions for contemporary architecture. Conceived by HYLEtech, a company born from the know-how of Luce5, the project involves six internationally renowned architects—Han Tümertekin, Maria Claudia Clemente and Francesco Isidori, Marco Casamonti, Gary Chang, Francisco Mangado and Emanuel Gargano—each invited to interpret six keywords of contemporary architecture: Atmosphere, Thinness, Infinity, Advanced Connections, Sustainability and Revolution. Each installation concludes a day of workshops and educational sessions dedicated to the HYLEtech world, accompanied by a dialogue with the invited architect. The experience offers visitors the opportunity to observe the design process in action and to engage directly with the practices and reflections shaping contemporary architecture.

Frans Dijkmeijer: The Silent Pioneer
The exhibition project dedicated to Frans Dijkmeijer celebrates and presents the work of the Dutch weaver and textile designer, whose archive was recently donated by his family to the Danish textile company Kvadrat. Curated by Marco Sammicheli and with exhibition design by Jacob Manz, the show in the Cuore spaces guides visitors through chapters devoted to Dijkmeijer’s methods, obsessions, approaches and values, transforming the space into an immersive path that makes his creative universe tangible. Within the installation, three contemporary art interventions commissioned from Renick Bell, Valentina Furian and Francesco Tosini employ electronic music, computer graphics, digital animation, installations and video art to explore some of Dijkmeijer’s creative attitudes. The exhibition concludes with a video interview with color master Giulio Ridolfo and Stine Find Osther, offering a reflection on the relevance and applicability of Dijkmeijer’s creative legacy today.
