Unique pieces, emerging visions and new commissions: from 12 to 15 March 2026, Brussels returns to the center of contemporary collectible design

The ninth edition of COLLECTIBLE Brussels transforms the iconic Vanderborght Building in the heart of the Belgian capital into one of the most relevant international platforms for contemporary collectible design, bringing together unique pieces, limited editions and special commissions that challenge the boundaries between art, craftsmanship and design.

At the heart of the fair is the MAIN section, which brings together new participants and established galleries in a dialogue between different languages and generations. Among the first-time participants are kammer, presenting an interior setting with limited-edition works by Arnaud Eubelen, Noah Barker and Grace Prince; Objekt Gallery, showcasing contemporary research between design and applied arts; and VAN OOSTEROOM GALLERY, presenting a solo show by Audrey Large with the series Flowstones, sculptural works created through sand binder jetting, balancing digital geometry and stone-like materiality. Alongside them return Maniera, with a duo show by Christoph Hefti and Jörg Boner; Cour, presenting an immersive booth with warm tones and layered surfaces featuring works by Richard Aybar, Agnieszka Owsiany and Charlotte Bombel; GUSCH, with a strong atmospheric installation designed by Meyer Voggenreiter combining brutalist wooden furniture and rich textiles; and Uppercut, unveiling new commissions including a cabinet by Sigurd Nis Schelde and works by Linde Freya Tangelder and Yoon Shun.

The BESPOKE section focuses on commissioned and made-to-order works, highlighting independent studios working at the border between function and sculpture. ÆTHER/MASS presents a new collection including the Cubist Chair and hand-forged bronze pieces from the Forge series; Paul Coenen and Rino Claessens continue their exploration of metal with new developments of the Tension series, where structures are held together by internal force without screws or welds, alongside the new Coil collection in folded stainless steel; Atelier Van Lieshout collaborates with Noodles, Kovackistan & The Firecracker through The Armchair Anarchist, a selection of works spanning four decades of production. The section also features Llewellyn Chupin with Rituals of Adornment, a collection including a standing light, bench, screen and sculptural chair, and Studio LOHO, which together with Sharon Van Overmeiren transforms clay bathtubs and washbasins into monumental installations positioned between design and art.

NEW GARDE confirms the fair’s focus on the next generation with CASA SÒLER, presenting unique pieces and limited editions by emerging designers such as Alexis Mazin and Clément Pasquier, created from transformed industrial materials; Unveiled Collective, bringing together nine recent graduates from LUCA School of Arts with nine new works each centered on a specific material; and FULL CIRCLE, presenting a shared installation including Jord Lindelauf’s modular aluminium system 808, Lucas Zito’s Patch collection developed through 3D printing and visible assembly, and NOSTUDIO’s sculptural lamp FLOR. REGARDING RELATIONS presents Allegedly Alluring Aesthetics, a contemporary reinterpretation of the boudoir curated by Anoe Melliou with Anne-Lise Agossa, reflecting on intimacy, private space and agency through works by emerging designers, alongside participants such as Bureau Parso and Experience La Galería.

Among the new features of the 2026 edition, TABLESCAPES explores the table as a space for design and connection, with contributions by Clara Valdes, Giulia Cosenza x Salon Poisson and Janne Claes, expanding the idea of design as a social gesture and shared ritual. A key highlight is the CURATED section, directed by Marine Mimouni under the concept “Echoes of Use,” which investigates the silent presence of objects and the traces left by gestures, light and time. Designers such as Kim Haagen Studio, Franz Ehn and Romeo Mignot are presented within a textile scenography conceived by Romain Joly and Lisa Bravi, inspired by the figure of the cardboard box and transformed into an exhibition and narrative device.
