Murran Billi and the Art of Stone
From April 7 to 13, at the Stoneroom Antolini® MilanoDuomo, Antolini® will present its collaboration with Murran Billi, a Florentine artist whose creativity is driven by versatility and a deep sensitivity to materials. Murran views stone not just as a material but as a living subject, containing stories waiting to be revealed through art. For this occasion, the artist brings to life a visual narrative dedicated to the women of the de’ Medici family, symbols of strength, beauty, and intelligence who shaped the history of Florence and Italy.
Four female faces emerge from the refined surfaces of Onyx Bianco “Extra,” Onyx Verde Persiano “Light,” and Cristallo Rosa “Wow” – natural quartz from Antolini®’s Exclusive Collection – creating a dialogue between past and present. Murran Billi's works explore the intersection of Renaissance tradition and contemporary art, forming a perfect fusion of the beauty of natural stone and the evocative power of historical figures.

Alongside this, Antolini® celebrates its collaboration with Bang & Olufsen, a leader in audio design, with the presentation of an exclusive new project. The Beosound Balance Natura, also unveiled at Milan Design Week, embodies a perfect fusion of natural stone and acoustic excellence. Thanks to Bang & Olufsen’s Atelier Bespoke, the speaker is enhanced by Antolini®’s refined materials, including Cristallo Iceberg® and fossil woods Retro Grey, Retro Brown, and Retro Fancyblack.
The innovative sculpted stone base, crafted with Antolini®’s mastery, is paired with Bang & Olufsen’s expertise in aluminum, creating a design object that combines elegance and functionality. The limited edition collection also includes Beovision Theatre televisions and Beolab 28 speakers, customized with Amazonite® quartz, offering an unprecedented visual and sensory harmony.
