Škoda unveils the Elroq RS with an immersive installation by Marcantonio at Milan Design Week 2025, blending emotion, design, and sustainable innovation
At the heart of Milan Design Week 2025, Škoda Auto unveils its bold new vision of electric mobility through a unique experience brought to life by the creativity of Italian artist and designer Marcantonio. Introducing This Way, an immersive installation set in the evocative courtyard of PAC – the Pavilion of Contemporary Art – within the vibrant Porta Venezia district.

More than just an exhibition, This Way is a dreamlike journey, a narrative suspended between sculpture, symbolism, and technology. An experience that invites visitors to embark on a path of discovery, guided by curiosity—a core value of Škoda's identity. Within this imaginary landscape of symbolic creatures, suspended pathways, and poetic scenery, the spotlight shines on the world premiere of the new Elroq RS, the brand’s first 100% electric compact SUV, redefining the future of the Bohemian automaker.

The project seeks to transform a car debut into something more: a multi-sensory experience. The sculptures created by Marcantonio embody the defining characteristics of the new Elroq RS: agility, silence, strength, and harmony with the environment. Through a spectacular set-up, the vehicle’s technology takes shape and speaks not through technical specifications, but through emotions.

The Elroq RS is much more than just a car. It is Škoda's first compact electric SUV to fully embody the brand’s new "Modern Solid" philosophy—a design language characterized by sculpted lines and integrated functionality. With sporty RS accents and a striking Mamba Green body, the Elroq RS seamlessly blends contemporary design with smart performance, offering sustainable solutions, cutting-edge onboard technology, and environmentally conscious materials.
With This Way, Škoda demonstrates that its cars can become symbols, experiences, and visions. They integrate into a cultural and artistic ecosystem, becoming part of how we imagine—and build—the future.

The installation will be open to the public from April 8 to April 13, 2025, at PAC in Milan. An invitation to follow new paths, embrace the unexpected, and experience electric mobility not just as technological progress, but as a sensory, cultural, and emotional adventure.
