A project born to support the future of Milanese craftsmanship and manufacturing

From November 28 to 30, 2025, the Made in Milano Days return to Milan, a citywide event dedicated to craftsmanship and the art of making. For three days, workshops, artisan shops, studios, and creative spaces will open their doors to the public with over 300 activities, including workshops, guided tours, and live shows, connecting iconic locations with neighborhood realities and turning Milan into a stage for contemporary craftsmanship. The initiative is promoted by the Municipality of Milan in collaboration with Eccellenza Italiana, a startup that has made the promotion of Made in Italy its mission, building a community of over 800,000 people.

“In these three days, we showcase the culture of Milanese craftsmanship—a heritage to preserve but also to innovate, with new visions, digital tools, and projects aimed at future needs,” explains Alessia Cappello, City Councilor for Economic Development and Labor Policies. Like last year, “studios, shops, and workshops will be open to visitors to show products, processes, and techniques that many have never seen up close.” From ceramics to tailoring, from restoration to jewelry, the city comes alive with the goal of engaging young people and schools, promoting generational renewal in artisan trades, and making Milan the cradle of a new manufacturing era.

“Milan is the driving force behind a new artisan vitality,” says Giovanni Brocca, founder of Eccellenza Italiana and partner of eGroup. “Engaging young people is not just an investment in the future of manufacturing, but a way to pass on passion, creativity, and tradition to those who will carry forward Made in Italy in the years to come.”
Made in Milano Days take place with the support of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan Monza Brianza Lodi, CNA, Confartigianato Imprese, CLAAI, and A.P.I., and with the participation of major design districts and platforms: Fuorisalone.it, Brera Design District, Porta Venezia Design District, 5Vie Art and Design, Certosa Design District, and Fondazione Cologni.
