Collecting design, in the Swiss Alps

Design — 20 February 2024

The 13th edition of NOMAD takes us to St. Moritz from 22nd to 25th February to discover the news of more than 20 international galleries and 9 special projects.

From 22 to 25 February 2024, the historic former Hotel Eden, a symbolic 19th century building in the heart of St. Moritz, will be transformed into a stage for art and design exhibitions and presentations. NOMAD - which, as the name suggests, is a traveling fair that brings contemporary aesthetic languages to various European locations - will therefore occupy the unique spaces of this hotel, currently under renovation, making it an enclave of gallery-like environments with a carefully curated selection of art and design pieces, accompanied by talks, guided tours, cocktails and an exclusive program for VIPs. The winter season of the very exclusive St. Moritz will, therefore, once again be contaminated by the dynamism and creativity of the contemporary art and design scene.

There are 23 galleries that will participate by presenting their designers and artists, from the Milanese Nilufar, Luisa Delle Piane, Galleria Rossana Orlandi and Sofia Zevi Gallery to the Parisian Chahan, Florian Daguer Bresson and Negropontes, up to the Italian Secci Gallery and the Belgian Spazio Nobile and Sorry We’re Closed. To integrate their presence, a schedule of 9 special projects was conceived, including one from Cabana Magazine, NOMAD's media partner.
