The Pinacoteca Civica in Como and the ADI Design Museum in Milan will host a double exhibition dedicated to the futurist architect Antonio Sant'Elia.

The initiative is the first stage of the three-year project Documenting, promoting: between research and digital design.
The program involved students from the School of Communication and Promotion of Artistic Heritage and the School of New Technologies, who spent the 2024-25 academic year studying and researching the work of Sant'Elia, of which the Pinacoteca preserves over 180 original drawings.

An exhibition project that brings together cutting-edge scientific research and contemporary creativity, involving 15 students from leading Italian universities. The students worked closely with scientists and leading laboratories, transforming this experience into original works dedicated to the relationship between art and quantum physics.

For its first iteration, OUTPOST is pleased to present Mega Victoria by Allegra Martin, a series of photographs taken during two crossings of the Tyrrhenian Sea in April 2025. Mega Victoria is part of a broader, ongoing project Martin began in 2009, investigating ferries as passage agents suspended in space and time.

A bridge between design and sculpture, Rigalo explores the space between function and intuition through a new body of work: a series of rough stone pieces that blur the lines between design and sculpture. Each piece, part furniture and part relic, reflects an intuitive dialogue with the material, revealing a practice where presence takes precedence over purpose.

The exhibition DesignUP - seamless solutions is the new thematic in-depth exploration of the permanent collection of the Compasso d'Oro award that aims to represent each product as the result of a complex system, solutions of continuity in fact, that give iconic Italian design objects their uniqueness. The exhibition project highlights the most specific features of what we now call Made in Italy, and how design culture has permeated all the different stages of the country's development. 

"L’heure du chat" is the surreal installation unveiling the new festive collection dedicated to the theme of the cat. A journey through design and art that culminates in an exhibition project by Barnaba Fornasetti and gallerist Tommaso Calabro, featuring works by Leonor Fini and Stanislao Lepri.

On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the Nilufar Depot, on September 30, 2025, Martino Gamper created a site-specific live performance reinterpreting some mid-century pieces from the Nilufar collection. The results of this live performance remain on display at the Nilufar Depot.

6:AM presents ULTRASELECTION, a special exhibition featuring a series of objects, including ULTRAS, the new collection of wall lamps and Murano glass vases, previewed during Milan Design Week 2025.

An exhibition that describes the metamorphosis of plastic and the contribution of design in redefining its meanings and possibilities. 
Through pioneering objects, materials, and processes, the narrative highlights how scientific research, industry, and design culture are guiding plastic “beyond” its fossil origins, toward more conscious and responsible scenarios.

A photographic account by Santi Caleca on Frank Gehry, Aldo Rossi and Ettore Sottsass: three masters of architecture and design.

Caleca's contribution to Italian photography traverses the history of design, of which he has been, since the 1970s, interpreter and illustrator, bringing the language of reportage - practiced in his early experiences at the Palermo newspaper L'Ora, with Letizia Battaglia - to the world of interiors.

60 chairs in 60 years is not just an exhibition: it is testimony to Vico Magistretti's declared passion for chairs. Original drawings and photographic reproductions of over sixty chairs designed by Magistretti during his sixty-year career. And then a dozen or so chairs to use and try out, and just as many notebooks full of stories.

The exhibition-through the story of the displays in the Foundation's rooms-brings out the aspect that many recognize in Achille: playfulness.
From an idea of Giovanna Castiglioni, Achille's youngest daughter, arose the desire to put on display the games of when she was a child. Designer Marco Marzini has created inside the Fondazione Achille Castiglioni a dynamic display with the pleasure of exhibiting unpublished materials, sometimes fragile, unobtainable, sometimes common to other people's childhoods, and will be a real pleasure to find a way, in some cases, for visitors to try out the games.
